Delivery & Setup
Professional delivery and setup are included within most local service areas. Additional delivery fees may apply outside standard service zones.
Overnight / Weekend Rentals
Want to keep the fun going longer? Overnight & weekend rentals may be available for an additional fee depending on the attraction and schedule availability.
Power Requirements
A dedicated standard outlet is required within 75 feet of the setup area. Generator rentals are available if power is unavailable.
Weather Policy
Safety is our top priority. Rentals may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions including high winds, lightning, or severe storms.
Cleaning & Care
Please help us keep our equipment clean and safe for all guests. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply for misuse or excessive mess.
Safety Rules
Adult supervision is required at all times while attractions are in use. All safety guidelines provided during setup must be followed.
Setup Requirements
Inflatables require a flat setup area free of debris, pet waste, and sharp objects. Adequate access to the setup location is also required.
Generator Rentals
Generators are available for locations without accessible power.
